The magic kingdom of mushrooms
Mushrooms exist predominantly in secret places, underground or inside other organisms. Even in homeopathy, mushrooms form a rather inconspicuous small fringe group. To date, only a few representatives of this natural kingdom have been examined and used homeopathically. Mushrooms and their spectrum of effects - whether as intoxicants or medicines, as edible or poisonous mushrooms - promise broad, yet far too little-used applications in homeopathy. As a community of fungi and algae, lichens occupy a special place in the fungal kingdom. Cetraria islandica, Sticta pulmonaria and Usnea barbata are particularly well known in homeopathy.
