Sales and delivery conditions
- We execute all orders placed with us on the respectively up-dated sales and delivery conditions.
- For making out the invoice, we calculate with the respectively scheduled prices valid on that date.
- The risk of loss and deterioration of delivered goods passes over to the purchaser with the delivery to the carrier.
- The stipulated delivery period will be prospectively promptly adhered to. Nevertheless, we can not assume an obligation and must refuse any compensation claims resulting from this. Events as e.g. Acts of God entitle us to cancel delivery obligations completely or partly without granting compensation. Unforeseen events and events not caused by us by which delivery is hampered or hindered are regarded as Acts of God such as a deficit in operating and raw materials especially fire, flood, natural disasters, and war, too. The party ordering is entitled to withdraw from the contract in such cases.
- Complaints of defects and complaints of completeness of delivery have to be effected precisely specified in written form on the eighth calendar date after delivery at the latest. Otherwise, the delivery is regarded as approved.
- We will not take back properly delivered goods. Especially, properly delivered testing ampules are excluded from taking back. In case of wrong or defective delivery, the return is allowed to be effected only after a preceding consultation, only in the original packing and free of freight.
- The delivered goods remain our property until they are completely paid. In case of a delay of payment, we are entitled to withdraw from the contract at any time and to demand the return of unpaid goods and this also in fact from keepers and custodians of the purchaser.
- In case of payment within ten days after the date of invoice, we offer a discount of 2 % on the net value of goods. The net respite amounts to 30 days. From the 31st day on beginning on the date of invoice, we charge the legal interest payable on arrears.
- Deliveries within the country: The delivery costs amount to EUR 3.25 for a shipment with a net value of goods of up to EUR 75.00. An extra charge on small quantities of EUR 2.00 will be additionally made for shipments with a net value of goods below EUR 25.00. Deliveries with a net value of goods of above EUR 75.00 are effected free of freight.
- Deliveries abroad are always effected charging packing and und delivery costs.
- The vendor has the choice if Baden-Baden or the domicile of the consignee is the place of jurisdiction.
